Paid Media

Ads Are The Fastest Way To Buy Leads. Also The Fastest Way To Burn Money.

Google Ads and Meta Ads run by senior marketers who track calls and booked work, not clicks. Published pricing, tracking wired before we spend a dollar, and a monthly report that leads with cost per lead.

Straight Talk

Your Last Agency Reported Impressions. You Needed Phone Calls.

Reach, impressions, clicks, engagement rate. All real numbers, none of them a customer. If a report does not tell you what a lead cost and how many turned into work, it is decoration.

Most wasted ad spend comes from three things: tracking that was never set up properly, campaigns pointed at a page that cannot convert, and nobody following up on the leads that did come in. We check all three before we recommend a budget.

Ads are rented attention. They work well when the foundation underneath them, the site, the offer, the follow up, is ready to catch what they send.

How We Run Ads

Tracking First. Small Budget Proof. Then Scale.

Tracking Before Spending

Conversion tracking on calls, forms, and bookings, verified end to end before the first campaign goes live. If we cannot measure a lead, we do not spend on it. This single step is where most inherited accounts turn out to be broken.

Prove It Small, Then Fund It

We start with a deliberately modest budget and a narrow test on the highest intent searches or audiences. When cost per lead holds, we scale it. When it does not, you find out for hundreds of dollars instead of thousands.

The Landing Page Is Part Of The Campaign

We do not point traffic at a homepage and hope. Ads land on a page built for the promise in the ad, with the phone number where a thumb can reach it. Because we also build websites, that page gets fixed instead of excused.

What Every Engagement Includes

Standard On Every Plan. No Upsell Menu.

  • Audit of any existing ad accounts, including where spend is currently leaking
  • Conversion tracking on calls, forms, and bookings, verified before launch
  • Campaign build in your own ad accounts, under your billing
  • Ad copy and creative direction written by senior marketers
  • Landing page recommendations, and page build quoted separately if needed
  • Negative keyword and audience hygiene, reviewed monthly
  • Monthly report leading with spend, leads, and cost per lead
  • Full account access and ownership at all times
The Whole Process, Up Front

Three Steps. No Mystery.

  1. Audit And Wire The Tracking

We look at what has run before, fix or build conversion tracking, and agree on what counts as a lead. Nothing launches until that number is trustworthy.

  2. Launch Narrow

High intent keywords or tight audiences, one clear offer, a page built to convert it. A small budget buys the answer to the only question that matters: what does a lead cost here.

  3. Scale What Works, Cut What Does Not

Monthly review on cost per lead and closed work. We add budget where the math holds and shut off the rest, and we say plainly when a channel is not working for you.

The Compounding Part

Ads Are Rented. Search Visibility Is Owned.

Paid media buys leads today and stops the day you stop paying. Search and AI visibility keeps working after the invoice. The businesses that get this right run both: ads for the pipeline now, GEO and content so that in a year a smaller ad budget does the same job. We will tell you which side of that balance your money should be on.

Questions

The Questions People Actually Ask

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns are built in your Google and Meta accounts under your billing, so the history, the data, and the audiences stay with you if we part ways.

What budget do I need to start?

Enough to get a readable answer, which for most local service businesses means a modest monthly test rather than a big launch. We will tell you on the call what your market realistically costs, including if it is more than you want to spend.

Is your fee separate from ad spend?

Yes. Management is a published flat fee and your ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta on your card. We do not mark up media.

Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Search usually wins for people actively looking for a service to hire. Social usually wins for awareness, events, and offers people did not know to search for. Most clients start with one, not both.

How fast do leads come in?

Search campaigns can produce calls in the first week. What takes longer is stabilizing cost per lead, which typically settles over four to eight weeks of adjustment.

What if my website cannot convert the traffic?

We say so before spending. Sending paid traffic to a page that cannot convert is the most common way agencies waste a budget while still hitting their reported metrics.

We're Not the Right Fit If...

  • You want us to run ads without conversion tracking. We will not spend money we cannot measure.
  • You want a report full of impressions and reach. Ours leads with spend, leads, and cost per lead, even in a bad month.
  • You need leads but have nobody to answer the phone. Paid media makes that problem more expensive, not better.
